Shipping & Returns
Shipping: We make every effort to ship your order according to the requested shipping method and delivery times. Shipping charges will apply based on weight, dimensions and destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your order.
Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary based on shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by external factors.
Packaging: All items are professionally packed and shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging.
Returns: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and labels. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
